Always late

The doctors are really friendly even when I was young and I came they treated me very well explained whet my problem was and told me if I needed to come back for any reason that it would be fine.

Not everything is perfect, my appointment was 9.50am it is now 10.12am and there is one person in front if me

Fine, no complaints

Sometimes can be missed communication between patient and midwife/nurse ie booking system. Today good example appointment was booked for me whilst with midwife but then when turned up surgery today no appointment on booking system
However when my child has been sick very accomadting with emergency appointments

Was dealt with by a caring efficient Doctor who went out of his way to make sure I had a blood test the same time as my appointment and then rang me in the evening with the result.

Staff are professional and friendly, the surgery premises clean and presentable. Overall a good, personal service provided. Just getting a same day appointment can be tricky if you don't act within the first half an hour after the surgery opens in the morning. I'm not so thrilled with the telephone appointment service either - I find it's often easier to turn up in person. Also, appointment times sometimes run behind, which can be frustrating if you're short of time. On the plus side, the online repeat prescription service is an excellent new addition - very convenient! They also offer late evening appointments on Tuesday nights, but close on Wednesday afternoons.

Helpful, friendly. Usually able to get in on same day.

Temporary patient and would like to stay but not in the catchment area. Always managed to get and get an appointment. All being very pleasant.
