Generally happy

Can often get same day appointments if needed or you can book in advance. Not enough female doctors available and some of the male doctors are not very patient friendly. The surgery is always clean and staff friendly. Like that you can also use Kirkheaton surgery

Whenever I go into my GP surgery I see a different doctor. You get no continuity with your care. The doctors come and go, you don't feel like your health issues are understood. You have to keep explaining and repeating your history.

Generally the service I have received has always been great and the staff are very helpful. The only issues I've ever had is with trying to get appointments, it can often be difficult.

Staff always helpful. Very happy to make appointments on the day for my young children. Waiting times always.... Once waited for 1hr 30 mins.

I have come early but I am still here waiting over 45 minutes from my appointment time. The phone in system is the worst, I use a mobile and it costs me a lot of money. The doctors are always changing, I don't even know who my named doctor is.

Nice friendly staff, helpful, always deal with issues and advise quickly, always call back when they say they will. A lot of locum doctors

Sometimes don't understand the treatment and won't explain further in more understandable language. A lot of locum doctors in the surgery, sometimes 20 minutes behind,
