Excellent surgery

In my opinion medical professional's giving an excellent service to service users. nearly!!!! all of the staff are approchable & will try to meet the request's as best they can.

The doctor is really good and listens to you always trying to put things right. Appointments run to time. The nurse practitioner is really good too. Reception are good too.

There has been alot of changes within the surgery, i.e. new doctors which has been difficult when you are used to familiarity and they know your history. Also booking appointments on the day is not user friendly, preferred the old method.

Waiting time good to get through on the phone. Can get an appointment urgently if needed. All staff caring.

Staff always helpful and also on telephone. In emergencies can always deal with these. Very friendly, always kind and helpful. This surgery has always been an excellent one. I've been a patient for approx. 20 years with multiple issues. I couldn't have a better surgery.
