Spend hours on phone and even when at number 1 still on phone over an hour still no answer so last few times had to walk to centre to sort out problems and always off hand with you it’s a disgrace

If coming to see the GP I expect to wait at least 20-30minuets if not more. There is always a wait which is frustrating.

The practice don't always seem very orgainsed. A few weeks back I dropped off a prescription request on Monday and was told someone would call me when it was ready to collect, by Friday I hadn't heard anything so I called and they said they would look into it for me and ring me back. I had t call back the following week to chase it again.

I have called and been told by the receptionist before that I would get a callback and then it's not happed. This has happened a number of times.
I have also been told that I would get a call from the doctor and given a time slot then the call has come a couple of hours after this.

I am newly registered with the health centre. I needed an appointment so I popped in yesterday and was called back the same day and was offered an appointment for today so I was very pleased with that. So far so good!

I've been well looked after here and had excellent care.

I am very happy here it is a fantastic service. Myself and my son are always seen to really quickly by either having a telephone call or getting us in quickly when needed., even at short notice. I have been given really good advice and has been reassuring and helpful.
I would be open to use of more technology so more e-consult and video calls as I trust they know when it is appropriate and when face-to-face appointments are needed.

I have always been seen to quickly and the doctors have a good manner and a high standard of care. No improvements needed.

I came here from a failing practice elsewhere and I have seen a world of difference in the quality of care and customer service which is really good.
Waiting for the phones to be answered can take a little long in my opinion but I understand why.

I have used the e- consult to make my appointment online. I contacted them yesterday and received a call back a couple of hours later and was booked in for the next day, so I'm happy.
