i think they do ok and help me with my appointments. I can always get an emergency appointment. i don't look at the notice boards so i don't really know much about what is available but i have family who will help me with this. i use the online system to get repeat prescriptions. It is getting harder to park near the surgery. I don't mind the little walk but this could be a problem for some

i am able to see female doctors when needed . i am fairly new to the practice and very happy with what they have helped with my ongoing illness that i have had getting results with. Brilliant receptionists - no complaints whatsover

i phone up and have no problems getting an appointment. I don't go online. Notice boards are good i look at them if i think they are going to be of use to me such as menopause information . i have heard about social prescribers .

Doctors are helpful but odd receptionist can be abrupt

Generally if you try to book online for a standard appointment you can wait a long time about 4 weeks. The online system works ok for me. All the doctors are helpful but i have been coming with the same issue for a while now but unable to find a solution at present
It would help if they had more than one diabetic appointment available

The doctor is helping me with all my future appointments and listens to my concerns . Receptionist staff all pleasant. i am finding access on line difficult but the staff have said they are willing to help with this but i am able to order my prescriptions on line

I read the boards but not really sure what some of the services on offer are such as social prescribing. But I don't feel that i personally need them services at the moment

when i need an appointment i go online and try to book in advance . When i need an emergency appointment i can generally get one. Receptionist staff are always pleasant when i have contacted them but don't really need to as i go on line . I try to come early enough to get a space to park but there is free parking on the road.

Happy with the doctors . get an appointment same day if it is urgent. i go online to get my prescriptions and results . i can also book appointments it's easy to do.
i sometimes read the notice boards - i ask the receptionists if i need anything and they send me to the right people.
