I've never had a problem here, they always fit me in.
I just wish I could opt out of the text about COVID vaccinations.

Quick and responsive service. I order my repeat prescriptions with ease. The online system is easy to navigate and gets appointments booked in.
The only improvement I would ask for is to be able to see the same GP rather than a number of different doctors but I understand why this isn't always possible.

We moved to this practice 2 years ago and it is an improvement on our last practice and we are much happier with the care we as a family receive here.
The only negative experience we have had here is we were given conflicting advice by the physio who informed me I should be doing certain exercises but then when I saw her again later to say I should have not been told to do those exercises. But other than this one incident all has been well here.

You can get everything you need here from appointments to blood tests, vaccines, screening etc.
The staff are excellent and delivering high quality of care.
Phone calls are answered almost immediately and usually offered an appointment on the same day sometimes within a mater of a couple of hours.
I couldn't say enough great things about the service here, truley excellent.

I've only been to the practice twice but so far so good. I have found it easy to make an appointment and was seen to quickly on both occasions.

I'm happy with the service here. Quality of care is excellent and the staff are all nice and patient with me.
The only area where I would like to see improvements would be the app/ online booking system. The wording on there is confusing for me. It talks about 'day care appointment' but I'm not sure what that means.
I call up to make my bookings now buy I would prefer to book one if the system was a little more simplified.
