Generally the receptionists have been helpful , never had any problems. The doctors listen, but I used to have the same doctor he knew the history of me and my family but now not seeing same doctor so I don't get the continuity / consistency as they don't know me like my doctor did. Now they have to look at a screen to find out information about me. I see they they are all good but the service where you see the same doctor for everything is not here anymore, which i would like back

i don't have a problem with the surgery. it can take up to 4-5 weeks sometimes to get a general appointment unless you say it is urgent or it's a serious issue . I ring up for my appointments I don't do online . I like to speak to people

I have lived in holmfirth for over 20 years now. This is an amazing doctors. My children and I have been cared for completely through operations, births and health scares. Always supportive and offering good advice

I come here to see the nurse to manage my long-term condition. She always looks me in for my next check-up so I don't have to do anything but show up which is great!
