very good with mental health , normally see the same doctor and get double appointments when necessary

Fantastic staff - nurses and receptionists.
All staff brilliant, show interest , kind and empathic

came for blood test today , no problems

had a poor experience about a year ago with an unhelpful receptionist , i needed antibiotics but had an unsympathetic encounter and was in pain but found practice unhelpful. Better now - really good on reception

They are the best doctors ever. i ring up for appointments and can usually get one within a day . All the doctors are good and it's not a problem for me seeing different doctors. hey are all amazing , they listen to us and send for tests/ referalls when needed.. i cannot fault them they are brilliant. And if you can't get an appointment here you can get one at the meltham surgery which are just as good.

appointments are ok , on time , nothing else to add , no complaints

my first time coming to see a doctor in over12 years as i didn't need to see a doctor. it was easy to get an appointment . i rang up an hour ago and was able to get one for today . The receptionist staff were all nice

Reception staff all friendly and helpful , cheerful when you phone up. All the doctors i have seen have been good . If i want to see my own doctor i have to wait longer for a few weeks- there seems to be a lot of new doctors/ new faces.
i have a yearly injection but there is no funding here at my surgery so i have to travel to Barnsley . i am ok at present as i drive but this could be a problem for an older person who cannot drive

I cannot fault the surgery. I can phone up on a morning 9 times out of 10 I can see a doctor. The only issue I have is that The hospital trusts don’t speak to each other . So I cannot have my tests done here to see my consultant

The doctors are good but one of the receptionists can be rude and unhelpful when you ring up. When you have young children it is difficult to have to wait for your appointment after the allocated time and this can happen often.
