Efficient

I have always found the service to be efficient and helpful. The phones are answered quickly and I have never had issues getting an appointment.

There isn't a direct way to get appointments. They connect you to a Hub and if it is far that could cost around £20 and when I get there I cannot get an appointment.
Supportive staff in difficult times

Staff have always been patient and courteous to all our family. This did not change when things were difficult. It is appreciated.

Doctors and health teams are efficient and caring. It has always been possible to talk with someone if necessary. Diabetic care is good.

Rudist receptionists on the planet - no interest, intrusive, think they are medically qualified and only interested in getting rid of you!

Helpful receptionist at a time when I needed support for my Mums health. It did take a while for her to see HER GP but once seen my Mum feels so much more settled. I also needed to see my GP who is amazing as he really takes time to make you understand your condition it is very important to have the continuity with a GP as they get to know and understand you as a person as well as your health. Such a professional team.

I recently needed an appointment with a female GP & there was not one available for 4 weeks.
I reluctantly agreed to a male GP, but even then the wait was 7 days.
I had to use an "urgent appointment" on the same day, which I felt uneasy about.
