I complained to the local mp.

My gp didnt treat me like a patient so i reported them to my mp and they struck me off

We are extremely sorry that we could not resolve your issue with your medical record, however, every avenue was exhausted to try and help you understand the reasons for not being able to. Breakdown in relationships between GP's and their patients is very rare and suggestions for registration with another practice is to assist in sourcing a practice that might better serve the needs of a patient and is only ever used as a last resort. We sincerely hope your issue is resolved to your satisfaction.

most of the staff are really helpful but there is one member of staff who seems to make it more difficult to get information about appointments and test results

It's like my doctor refuses to take me seriously even when I take my own medical evidence.

We are saddened to hear that the surgery is deemed 'obtusive' and would like to encourage patients to ask to speak to a member of the management team in order for any issues to be resolved promptly.

I have always had excellent care from Dr. Ali. He has been thorough and listened to any of my concerns. I would definitely recommend this practice from my experience.

I went this morning to the surgery for a general health check. The nurse male was polite, kind, professional and answered all my questions with a smile. He was very careful while taking my blood for blood test. And I hope the rest of the staff just as kind as him especially at the reception desk. Thank you

easy to book on NHS app, it wasnt an emergency so I had time to book and wait. Dr Ahmed was lovely. Listened to my concerns and made appropriate action. Dr Ahmed also gave me options for follow up after my blood tests.

The receptionist was polite and helpful. Appointment went ahead earlier than specified time which was advantageous to myself. Nurse was friendly and did a great job. Thank you
