The Junction Surgery

I usually make appointments at reception as I live nearby so it's handy to pop in. The reception staff, doctors and nurses are all friendly and I have no problems with them as they listen to what my problems are. I have a yearly medical check and blood tests every 3 months if there is anything they let me know

There are not enough doctors in general until more are trained up . I struggle sometimes to get an appointment at the surgery but this is not a reflection on the surgery it's just an issue in general . Staff are doing as well as they can with what they have got and I have no complaints

I don't come often but whenever I have used the surgery it has been a good service . I came today as I was invited to the wellbeing service .

I don't come to the surgery often when I visited the surgery today I didn't have a mask but the reception staff provided one for me

I've been coming here for many years and I am a regular patient with a serious health condition. I have always found the care spot on and have built up a food relationship with my doctors and nurses and they really do care.
The reception staff are great too and have built up a friendly relationship with them too.
The only thing that I would want to change is to be able to call the surgery at anytime to request and appointment for the next day and not have to wait till the next morning at 8:15am as everyone is then trying to get through at the same time. Also the automated phone message when you call is really lengthy and you have to listen to it all before you can make a selection which is annoying.

Doctors.nurses and reception staff are very good . I call for my appointments and prefer to do that instead of on line. I was recently sent for tests and got the results so had no delays with my care . Can be kept waiting for appointment when it's busy

Very happy with everything at the surgery,the doctors are kind and caring as are the reception staff. No improvements needed.

The doctors are very good at listening to me and give good advice and treatment.

I can always get an appointment when I need one.
