I have always had excellent care from Dr. Ali. He has been thorough and listened to any of my concerns. I would definitely recommend this practice from my experience.

Health concerns discussed which Dr Ali, this led to further tests to be carried out.

I went this morning to the surgery for a general health check. The nurse male was polite, kind, professional and answered all my questions with a smile. He was very careful while taking my blood for blood test. And I hope the rest of the staff just as kind as him especially at the reception desk. Thank you

easy to book on NHS app, it wasnt an emergency so I had time to book and wait. Dr Ahmed was lovely. Listened to my concerns and made appropriate action. Dr Ahmed also gave me options for follow up after my blood tests.

The receptionist was polite and helpful. Appointment went ahead earlier than specified time which was advantageous to myself. Nurse was friendly and did a great job. Thank you

Drs are fab and never had an issue in over 12 years. But last few appointments with nurse I do not not like been spoken to like I’m a 3 year old but if I wear my NHS badge I’m treated like an equal she’s horrible so sharp tongued

I am not happy with the quality of care that was offered to my daughter when we saw the GP about her mental health. At first he didn’t listen to her and I don’t think he took her seriously because of her age. It’s only because I have made multiple appointments that he’s been forced to finally act on it.

self service check-in was good and meant not having to queue to speak to the receptionist. the actual appt was on time and went very well. would recommend to others
