Repeat prescriptions on NHS App

I do repeat prescription on the NHS App and can message the surgery this way too. I don't usually book appointments this way as I prefer to ring up as sometimes I don't want or need to see a doctor in person so prefer to call up and explain what the issue is so they can tell me who I am best seeing or speaking to.

Staff are very helpful . I rang up this morning and got an appointment for today . I like to ask for same doctor and this works well for me as I don't have to explain everything again and they know my health history and long term conditions.

Staff are wonderful. Doctors help with everything I need , refer for blood tests. Surgery contact me for repeat blood tests and if there is a new service and ask if I would like to take part.

Staff are really good

Staff are all really good, never had any issues previously but today i had a problem checking in , it missed a family member off the appointment so having to wait now.
You need to book weeks in advance if poorly with the App. Previously you could call up and get an appointment after two days but can no longer do that and have to call up in a morning. They are really good for seeing children, you can always get an appointment for them regardless of what it is. The doctors are really quick on referrals and fast track you through when needed. I see a doctor regularly for an ongoing condition.

issue getting appointments

There is an issue getting appointments, had to wait 2 weeks. The only concern is this, if you have the need to call you are told to ring up at 8am in the morning but there's a long wait to get through. I have the patient knows best to get appointments but is usually fully booked. When I see the doctor they are very good, but I am not happy having to wait two weeks for an appointment.

When i see the doctor they are very good. But just recently having difficulty getting appointments it took twenty minutes for appointment today. Overall very good. I think there are only 1 or 2 doctors a day . I can't get through on NHS app and will need help to access it

Normally ok

Service is running late today but normally ok.
Only been once to the surgery before . The person I saw last time I don't think was a doctor but was able to prescribe medication.

Proactive and friendly

The staff are always polite and do their best to always get you an appointment as well as follow up calls to arrange blood tests etc.. The doctors are very helpful and go above and beyond to listen to problems and help with treatments. I can't recommend this practice highly enough.

Really easy to get an appointment, I don't have to ring at 8am to get an appointment I can call any time of day and arrange an appointment and it's usually the next day or the day after. The staff are lovely and give brilliant care.

Seems very behind

Compared to my old GP surgery I am not convinced they are very good. There I could request everything over the phone and get consultations over the phone too. Here it seems very behind. You can't get prescriptions ordered to be delivered.
