Struggle for appointments

sometimes struggle to get appointments, I have to ring up on a morning. I have heard about online appointments but I think its easier for me to ring up on a morning. I get given enough time, things have improved and a lot better for waiting times after appointment time.

GP needs to be more compassionate

Sometimes, GPs are too busy and seem to just fob you off. It's like you're in and out like a conveyer belt. If you're not assertive enough, they just give you a prescription and that's it.
