Appointments could be easier to get without receptionists asking why you need the doctors appointment. It feels as though if you wish not to speak about confidential things to them, that you are less likely to get an appointment.

Mixed Results- Awkard Times, Brilliant staff

The doctors and nurses are always lovely, but getting an appointment (especially for a midwife) can take a while and have to be chased up for apps, that should just be arranged by a healthcare prof. Wonderful staff. I think they need more staff funding.

Staff can be quite rude sometimes on answering the telephone. Appointments do run late but can get appointment within 48 hours usually. Doctors are friendly and always make sure you are happy before leaving.

Do not agree with receptionist asking what the problem is when phoning to make an appointment. They are not doctors and it is private information

The office staff are quite rude sometimes on the phone. Some of the GP's are quite rude when you go into the room. some of them can be very unprofessional- made me feel very uncomfortable.

When ever i try to arrange an appointment particularly in the morning no body seems to answer the phone and when they do the receptionist is always moody, unfriendly and does not give good customer service over the phone
