No issues been here since I was a baby. It's easy to get appointments my husband and I ring up and normally get in on the day or day after. Reception staff friendly and helpful.

Normally get to see specific doctor if I ask. good and accommodating getting appointments for the kids. my wife uses the online service . Appointments often run late

it's good for getting kids appointments, we normally get them for the same day. Normally seen on time and only occasionally have to sit and wait a little. I think I get enough time to say what I need to say

I find appointments run late it is running late today .i have to go to work so it is annoying because I will have to tell work I will probably be late . I use the online service and booked the appointment 8 days ago . I think you can only book in advance, I think k there should be cancellations put on as it only shows non urgent appointments. If you need something that day or a couple of days you have to ring up online . Online only shows a week or two weeks in advance. I see whoever is available. I don’t have ongoing problems so that is not an issue .

I struggle to get appointments. I use the on line but sometimes there’s some discrepancies.it is useful over the weekend to get an appointment. Waiting times has improved when surgery is running late . I work so would. Emeritus from more late nights . I think there’s one on a Monday and it’s hard to get an appointment for that day . I have good rapport with one particular doctor .she is good she chats and helps me when I am anxious

More doctors would be good at all working at different times. Ordering medication is not a problem, they usually try to get it done the same day but repeat medication could be signed off quicker instead of 48 hours which can sometimes turn into 3 days before you get the medication.

Sometimes I have to wait a while after the given appointment time, this creates anxiety especially if I have another appointment to go to.

It is hard to get appointments and most of the time they are booked up. I use the online system quite a log but that is for non-urgent appointments. I like to see one doctor as this creates a relationship. The doctor is good, he listens.

You have to phone on the day. cannot get advanced appointments. I don't know about online appointments but don't have access to the internet. GP's are good, listen. I see different doctors but it's ok.
