It can be hard to get an appointment and I don't mind calling but I have to ring up at 8am. I don't normally have to wait too long to be seen and the doctors are good and up on getting me any appointments and test that I need. I have no concerns.

Appointments are difficult to get . I have mental health issues and it is hard to get to speak to someone. I also have a health issue in general and needed more appointments but it was difficult to get them and referrals for my mental health . I don't like to book online .

The doctors are very helpful, particularly good around mental health issues. I have been for a couple of sensitive appointments and it has been quite easy to get them, the nurse has always handled the appointment very well to help me feel less uncomfortable. It is usually about 4-5 days wait for general appointment , but the waiting time does depend on what type of appointment is needed. I don't use the online service as I prefer to talk to somebody to book the appointment, that way I feel the appointment is more secure and won't get lost in the system and It is also easier if I telephone and need information for something, so it is much better to get it there and then .

waiting times to see a doctor depends on who you are seeing . Also if you have the sit and wait service you have to normally wait longer and i use this as emergency and next day appointments for my children . The doctors are helpful and the new system that says your name in the waiting area is much better

When I need an appointment they give me an urgent one and sort it out for me. I feel they are concerned about my health whenever I get in touch with them. They are good with the children. Mostly ask me to buy pain relief and cough medicines for my children instead of prescription.

Some of the doctors listen few are good and you have to choose who you go to. It is getting harder day by day to get an appointment. It can be a week/ 2 weeks . The online appointments are not set up properly. If I need a nurses appointment they are at inconvenient times for me as I work. Generally not bad.

It is a little harder to get appointments quickly within 2-3 days. Reception staff try to get appointments, but it is very busy now. I think the doctors listen to me and work between surgeries. It varies on running times sometimes running late. I booked my appointment for today online because it was non urgent. Online appointments can be up to a week or a fortnight . Overall happy with the service I get.

Consistently good service, always on time. Reception staff no problem and doctors are fantastic. I book online for my appointments and don't have a problem with that. Online system works for me because I haven't had to make any on the day appointments. I am aware of how to see doctors at other surgeries if appointments are not available here.

when you first come to they don't always listen to the concern, but if you keep coming then they listen and start to take action on what the issue is. sometimes hard to get an appointment and I would like to know how to use the online appointments system.

Reception staff are fine. I ring for appointments and they try to usually get me one that day or next day. Surgery doesn't always run on time. I have had to come quite often recently and I feel they are listening and supporting me. No concerns
