Pregnant of twins had heart ablation 2 years ago. 5 months waiting to see the cardiologist and received appointment to “phone call” to 19th may, how is possible?

The area was very quiet, with only a couple of people in the waiting room. Everyone was socially distancing and sanitising. I was in and out of Acre Mills in just a few minutes.

I rang to find out about an update on my mother the nurse on the phone said it was pointless me calling how dare she..she is there for a reason we cant come in which we have respected her attitude on the phone was disgusting

I was instructed by Lindley Practice to make an appointment for a blood test. The problem was in getting through to appointments department. There is no longer a queuing system on the phone, just a message saying that if no one answers immediately, hang up and try again. This meant I spent a hour each day for three consecutive days before I got through. This is totally unacceptable.

Excellent with friendly professional service

Very quick appointment for 3 exploratory cancer screening procedures. Minimum waits at each stage. All the staff were friendly and professional and explained what was happening at each stage.
The hospital was clean although one of the waiting rooms was rather small.

Really too difficult to make an appointment. Took me 2 days of phoning within the required hours to make an appointment. Needs more people on the phones or out of hours service to book appointments.

A good service in general but very delayed in notifying of results in tests. I still have not had my results on the test which were completed in late November.

Ambulance crew amazing and A & E brilliant

ambulance amazing and A & E brilliant but on the ward there was no communication. I feel I should be listened to as I am the carer.
