Everything good - I'd make some amendments

I would change the fact I had to wait for 2 hours before cataracts operation with medication in the eye - uncomfortable. Gave you things to read but you couldn't obviously! Treatment i was given was efficient, and everything else was good

This was outpatients appointment on a Saturday the car park was empty the service was personal, friendly and immediate. I was made to feel like an important indivdual. Friendly and welcoming good service.would ask for Saturday appointment. Patient centered and listened to me. Acre mills outpatients

Child had broken arm - nurses so caring and nice.
Got bored before surgery. Brought me a TV to entertain me.
Made me comfortable.
In surgery brought tablet to look at to distract until asleep. Felt scared but they were reassuring.

Haven't received appointments as needed

Immediate treatment seemed adequate in A&E, and was referred to pre-assessment for investigations. The appointment was received and I attended, where they told me a scan was now necessary and so another appointment should be made. Unfortunately the appointment never came, and even after chasing it I cannot get one. With something as important as finding a mass on the examination I would expect they would take people more seriously.

I originally had an appointment with the GP who then referred me to the HRI for further examinations. After that appointment at the HRI, I had to wait 6-8 weeks for another appointment and called after 8 weeks - they had forgotten to send my information to the consultant. I then received a letter to say that everything was fine, but wasn't offered an appointment. I called again and was told I would have to wait 10 to 12 weeks for that appointment - I waited and after 10 weeks I was told to call another number to make a booking. Why don't they just tell you where to call? My first GP appointment was in october and the next appointment (the one I have been waiting for all this time) is in October this year - one year!

I have Asperger's and could sometimes do to sit in another area but I don't know how to access them. Nurse wasn't nice to me but doc was OK. Nurse attitude not good.

Was referred by my GP to Cardiology on 27th February, for a non-life threatening but disabling condition. When booking on the website there were no appointments available but it stated that 9 out of 10 patients are seen within 21 weeks.

Stuck to appointment time. Explanatation of procedure and was made to feel comfortable. Was able to watch the procedure on the screen. Saturday morning appointment and car park empty .
