I got the letter with the date of appointment on the day of the appointment. luckily I had arranged the appointment on the phone. Attended today and the service in cardiology was great!

visited the ambulatory department, we were there over 8 hours due to cross matching. Couldn't fault them they were very good and provided food and drinks throughout the day.

Booked an appointment via mobile. I got to the appointment on day the department said appointment had been cancelled. Had to take son out of school and me off work. self booking appointment.
