My husbands frame was being delivered before his discharge from hospital, however they initially tried to deliver it to the house on the Friday when we were not home and the driver called me to say he was outside. I phoned them the following Monday and the frame has been delivered the next day which is great.

Long wait

I have been waiting for a bed lever for months. First one they brought out to me wasn't right for my type of bed (it was ordered by the OT) but i was told they would make a note of what model was needed so it could be re-ordered but this didnt happen and i struggled on without.
Its only since recently being discharged from hospital that I've been assessed again and a new bed lever was ordered, again by the OT. Today the driver has come with a lever and informed me it is not suitable for my bed again. The driver has explained why and assured me he will make a note of what is needed.
I have had other bits of equipment from them which I have had no problems with.

We are told when to expect a delivery and they arrive on time. Staff are pleasant and show us how to use/ adjust equipment. We never had an issue with anything we've had from them.

resolved timing issue

We requested the collection of a chair cushion and were told to expect the collection between 3- 5pm today, however the driver arrived much earlier than the time we were quoted, so we had not collected the cushion from our relatives' house.

The driver apologised and explained there had been a glitch with the booking system which meant we had been sent an estimated time which was not accurate.

We asked if he could follow us to our relatives' home which is just around the corner to complete the collection so that we did not have to wait to rebook the collection and he was very obliging which we appreciate.

Happy with the equipment I have with Medequip over the years, happy that I was informed when to expect delivery and it has arrived on time as expected and happy with the service provided by the technician fitting my bed rails.

Quick and easy

I called Medequip late last week as the rubber feet on my walking frame had worn down and the metal was exposed. I wear an oxygen mask and was worried if I accidentally placed my walker on my breathing tubes when walking the metal feet would cut through my oxygen line. I explained this to them over the phone and they have got me a like-for-like replacement within days so I'm happy with that!

I called them up to take away our bath seat which is no longer needed and within 4 days it has been collected. We were sent 3 texts with update times on when to expect the driver and her cam just as we were told and is lovely and friendly too!

I had a lovey telephone call from someone at the medequip office who informed me when our handrails would be installed and I received a text this morning to say the driver was on his way. We were expecting 3 handrails to be fitted in our entrance way but the driver has explained why he can not install one of them in our pourch due to the plasterboard. He has explained we send a message to the original OT who ordered the rails so an alternative can be looked at .
