Delivered items needed quickly

I have had several items delivered all within a matter of a couple of days, however, when I have called for them to be collected this has taken longer and they have said they will only take what is down on their list to collect and their list has not always been correct. It would be so much easier if they would take all the items no longer needed at the same time.

thankyou for taking time to post your review. I am pleased to hear deliveries have gone well for you. For the collections, the time scales are set by the local authority and can be up to 10 days, however if your circumstances mean you need a collection sooner we would always strive to achieve that for you.

Really good! We loaned a shower stool and they came back to collect it when we had finished using it.

we ordered several items after a fall and rang up to ask for them all to be collected when no longer required . They came to pick them all up after a couple of days of our request.

This is the first time we have used Medequip services and had a key safe fitted. The person who came to fit the box was really helpful asking us where we would like it placed taking into consideration our health needs. We were also told about some of the other equipment they supply.

No problems . I had a bath lift which was really useful for getting into the bath. I have now moved so no longer needed it and Medequip have collected it back.

Helps me to live independently

Without the equipment I could not live independently. I have quite a few items such as a bed guard rail, kitchen trolley that is very handy and small enough to use in my small kitchen and bungalow.
