Really good! We loaned a shower stool and they came back to collect it when we had finished using it.

we ordered several items after a fall and rang up to ask for them all to be collected when no longer required . They came to pick them all up after a couple of days of our request.

This is the first time we have used Medequip services and had a key safe fitted. The person who came to fit the box was really helpful asking us where we would like it placed taking into consideration our health needs. We were also told about some of the other equipment they supply.

I needed some equipment for a short period of time and rang them to come and collect when I no longer needed them.

No problems . I had a bath lift which was really useful for getting into the bath. I have now moved so no longer needed it and Medequip have collected it back.
Helps me to live independently

Without the equipment I could not live independently. I have quite a few items such as a bed guard rail, kitchen trolley that is very handy and small enough to use in my small kitchen and bungalow.

I have had a shower seat, walking frame and commode . when you need something it comes usually the next day or day after.
collection took a while

We needed a hoist collecting as no longer needed, it is a heavy item so needed two people to collect so this might have delayed pick up but I did have to ring them several times and there was some confusion and delay as they thought it had been collected.
