Very efficient!

Medequip have supplied me with a profiling bed, but yesterday I noticed it didn't feel right, it wasn't stable like it used to be. I rang up yesterday and they came out to fix it today. They are really quick to respond and very efficient.
My hoist needs servicing too, so when they came out to fix the bed I asked them about the hoist and they advised me that it was still fine to use for now and that if I called them they would put me on the list to get a service.

I have a profiling bed and a walker with wheels through Medequip. Last night I noticed some bare wires on the bed cable. I mentioned it to my carer. They called Medequip this morning and they came before lunchtime and it was fixed! Medequip have been lovely for me. All the staff are lovely, but the older staff on the phones are a bit more helpful.
No issues.

My husbands' carers arrange for his equipment to be delivered. It is usually not too long to wait for what he needs but if there is a wait they call to inform us and tell us why and how long is should take to come. We have had no issues with the equipment or the service.

We have received a number of bits of equipment for my husband over the last year. Everything has always come in good time and has been reliable. We have had not issues. We are always informed when equipment will be delivered and the delivery drivers are always nice and friendly and have a nice chat with us too and show me how the equipment works and make sure I am happy and know what i am doing with it before they leave. A great service all round.

I am happy with the service medequip have provided for me over the years. My equipment is usually organised through Gateway to care but most recently I called them directly myself as the bath seat I got from them a number of years ago had started to rush and I wanted to see how I could go about getting a replacement.
They were very pleasant and informative and within a matter a minutes I had a new seat on order and less than a week later it has been delivered. Very happy with that.

I am visited at home by the physio on a weekly basis. On her last visit she suggested I needed a bed rail. When she put in the order she was told there was a supply issue and there may be a significant weight for one. I received a call less than a week later and told me they had located one for me. The driver called me on the day to make sure I was ok to have it delivered. He installed the railing and showed my carer how it works.

Medequid have been a lifesaver for me. They initially came out to fit a handrail for me outside which was excellent and I have since had many more items installed for them including rails for the stairs and bathroom which have been a life changer for am and helped keep me safer and more independent at home. I didn't know there was so much equipment available to support me but they have been fantastic at finding a solution for my problems. I don't know what I would do without them, they have changed my life.
I requested a bath board and I was having issues with it, so I gave them a call. I was having difficulty trying to describe exactly what the issues are but they have sent out a service engineer today who has been able to see the issues straight away and is going to find me an alternative.

We have used the service many times over the years and it's first-class. If we want to place an order they are there to help. If we have needed a collection they are there. We have never had a problem and had great support.
We once had a cracked seat on the commode, I gave them a call and they said they would get us a new one out as soon as possible. It arrived the following day which is excellent service, couldn't ask for more.

This is first time we have needed to use the service. I had never heard of them but a referral was made for my wife by the discharge team at the hospital. I was initially worried that the wait for the equipment may slow down her discharge but everything happened really quickly I received a call yesterday to say the equipment would be delivered today so I am very pleased.
I asked the lady on the phone if I would be sown how to use the equipment which she said I would and the driver has done that today and told me how to return equipment which is brilliant.

I have had a number of contacts with Medequip to get various equipment prescribed by my OT. There has been a problem every single time, and sometimes more than one problem at once… Orders have not come when promised, not even when delivery times have been confirmed… Text messages about delivery are inaccurate… Equipment is delivered but not set up… Other equipment is confirmed one day then not available the next… Their phone is hard to get through on… And staff say different things about why there’s a problem so it’s impossible to get sensible explanations. It feels like this service has no respect for customers.
