The walking frame and aids I have from them have been very good and had no issues. I rang yesterday to arrange a collection as i no longer need them and I was told they could collect the next day which i though was good, although i was told to expect the driver between 9am-12pm and he hadn't arrived and I had to call the office to check he was still coming but they assured me he was in the area and he arrived shortly after.

When they called to book delivery for my mums equipment I was offered a choice of time which was very handy for me as I work full time as well as currently visiting my mum in the care home. When the delivery arrived the driver showed me how to adjust the height of the table and use the bed leaver.

We have had a few rails fitted from them over the years and have lasted well and not had any issues with any of the equipment they have sent to us either. The staff on the phone are always friendly and delivery drivers too.

quick and easy

My equipment was ordered by the discharge team before I left the hospital and everything was ready and waiting for me when I got home a couple of days later. Now that I no longer need the frames i just called them up yesterday and they have collected this morning so cant say better than that.

Its always usually a fairly quick service from point of order to delivery.
Have not had any issues with any equipment provided so far.

In my experience, the whole team have been really helpful, from providing advice on suitable equipment to a convenient booking process. The delivery drivers are always nice chaps and give me helpful information about the equipment.

I phoned and they delivered quickly

I had a fall and fractured my femur. They came out with a frame and comode with a frame around it and a keysafe, a stick and a pressure cushion.

When I finished with the items, I phoned Medequip and they came out and collected them quickly.

Fitted the rail within ten minutes

My husband and I both had hip replacements. I needed sticks and my husband needed a raised toilet seat with a frame, a walker and crutches. They were given to us by the hospital on discharge. We had a handle fitted in the shower, through the physio and Medequip came and fitted it in 10 minutes, it was fine. But we didn't know where to take it to or who to call when we'd finished with it.

Thankyou for your review, I am pleased to hear it was a positive experience and that our driver was quick and efficient when fitting the rails for you. In regards to returning the equipment all our items have a Medequip sticker on them with a Telephone No. on them the call once you have finished with the equipment and need it collecting, you can also go to our website where there is a list of local amnesty bins to return unwanted equipment.

Before delivery they text and called me

After I had a hip replacement I needed quite a few items including a walker, a toilet seat rise, toilet frame and walking sticks. Before they delivered the items they were very good and sent me a text and called me for a time slot before they came
to deliver. The service is fine. And the telephone numbers are on the equipment so I can call them when I no longer need these things.
