we are currently waiting for a shower to be fitted, so was given a bath seat which was fitted by the person who delivered it and urinal bottle . All staff helpful , delivered when they said they would. no problems.

Usually very quick service, not had any problems with the equipment.

I have been waiting quite a while for the delivery of the bath lift. Whenever the depo calls to talk to me about a delivery they use a withheld number so I don't always answer it - would be better if it showed the number and I could recognize who it was.
Paul has given me a very thorough explanation and demonstration today of how the bath lift works for me but I'm not sure it will help me any more than what I already do now. He has assured me though that I can use it for a few days or so and see how I feel about it and given me the number to ring for collection if I decide its not for me, so I'm happy with that.

I wasn't aware the delivery was coming today but I'm happy with the demonstration Paul has provided and he's given me the number I need to call if I have any problems.

All the equipment I have had from Medequip has made my life much easier, especially when they gave me my walking frame and i mentioned I struggle to carry items at the same time so they added a basket to the front, it made all the difference to my day to day life.
They are always very prompt and efficient like today I was just expecting the bed leaver to be delivered and thought i would have to wait longer for the toilet frame as this was ordered after but they have both been delivered at the same time which is better for me.

First time receiving equipment from Medequip. The driver gave me a demo and offered advice regarding potential hazards when using the walking frame (rug).
He was not able to secure the out door handrail to the external wall but explained why this was (cladding) and said he would send a report to the OT who ordered the equipment to let her know we would need an alternative.

drivers are friendly and feel comfortable having them in my home.
Admin staff at the depo I have spoken to over the phone are friendly too and efficient in letting me know when to expect delivery. I phone them a couple of times when I have had questions and been given advice.

Always been a really quick service from referral to delivery.
Drivers are always very nice and demonstrate any new equipment for me and have previously noticed and advised when old equipment needs replacing (rusting bed frame). Happy with great service.

Medequip have supplied me with a profiling bed, but yesterday I noticed it didn't feel right, it wasn't stable like it used to be. I rang up yesterday and they came out to fix it today. They are really quick to respond and very efficient.

My hoist needs servicing too, so when they came out to fix the bed I asked them about the hoist and they advised me that it was still fine to use for now and that if I called them they would put me on the list to get a service.
